Meet the Founder
Successful businesses are not built on opportunities alone. They are built on informed decisions, financial discipline and the ability to turn ambition into action.
I am Kavita Pandya, a Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of international experience in finance, financial management, business controlling and strategic decision support, spanning India and Germany.
My professional journey began with globally recognised firms, including EY and Deloitte, where I developed a strong foundation in international taxation, financial auditing, risk assessment and business processes. I subsequently progressed into senior finance and controlling positions within internationally operating businesses, gaining hands-on experience in financial leadership, strategic planning, performance management, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
This combination of advisory and corporate experience has shaped how I approach business challenges. I look beyond financial statements to understand the wider picture — how businesses operate, where opportunities exist, what constrains growth and how financial intelligence can support better strategic decisions.
Having built my career across India and Germany, I bring an understanding of two dynamic yet distinctly different business environments. I recognise that successful international expansion requires more than identifying an attractive market. It demands financial clarity, cultural understanding, commercial judgement, local coordination and access to the right expertise.
This philosophy is at the heart of PARKVI Consulting.
Through PARKVI, my objective is to support entrepreneurs, growing businesses and leadership teams in navigating international business opportunities, strengthening financial performance and making well-founded strategic decisions.
My approach combines the analytical rigour of a finance professional, the commercial perspective of a business partner and the practical mindset of someone who has worked within businesses facing real operational and financial challenges.
